Terms and Conditions

• Completion of sale and full payment is due within 7 days from the sale close. We reserve the right to re-list the vehicle if full payment is not received in 7 days, unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Cash (in person ONLY!), Cashier's Checks and Bank Wire transfers. We do not accept "sight drafts" or "personal checks". No vehicle will be released until full payment is received and all paperwork is signed and returned.
• Buyer agrees to abide by the laws of vehicle purchase as set forth by the state of Utah. Any litigation will be filed and conducted in the state of Utah's Davis County jurisdiction.
• All sales are subject to a Dealer Documentation Fee of $273.50 and an optional 45 day Temporary Driving permit is available for $45.
• Please be sure to have all money (loans or financing approved) before making your offer.
• Utah Residents pay 6.50% sales tax plus any applicable licensing and registration fees.
• Buyer pays all shipping charges. We will assist you with arranging shipping if requested. Standard shipping time from the date of full payment and reception of paperwork can be three or four weeks.
• We encourage Pre-Purchase Inspections! All Pre-Purchase inspections must be completed before the vehicle will be removed form a "For Sale" status on the lot! If you would like to schedule an inspection on this vehicle, please do so prior to committing to a sale. Placing a offer and taking delivery, without first scheduling an inspection means that you are satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and agree to purchase it "As Is".
• Free pick-up at the Salt Lake International Airport is available upon request.
• Short term storage is free for up to 14 days after sale closes. A $50 per week fee will be assessed for storage longer than 14 days.
• Unless otherwise stated, items such as cigarette lighters, spare keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, and/or CD magazines may not be included with the car
• It is our goal at Salt Lake Imports, Inc. to provide the highest quality vehicles to our customers. However, please keep in mind that when purchasing a used vehicle that most cars are not "perfect" and minor imperfections, inherent for their year, will be visible upon closer inspection. These imperfections include, but are not limited to: typical small scratches and dings, minor fluid leaks, small stains or tears in the carpeting and rock chips. Mechanical parts are subject to fail.
• AS-IS NO WARRANTY: This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. We will make every attempt to accurately describe the "overall" condition of the vehicle. We will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known major defects associated with this vehicle. We have third party safety, emissions, frame and mechanical inspections done on most all vehicles where required.  We will assume no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle. The description of the vehicle is the opinion of the seller. No allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely.
• We do offer Extended Contracts to insure and protect your investment.  Please inquire at time of sale.
